THE SERVICE

Coverage & deliverables

We use the programme and site plan to identify priority performances, crowd footage, artist access and any sponsor requirements. One operator can cover an agreed sequence of moments; simultaneous coverage across stages needs a wider crew plan.

01

Festival aftermovie

An edited film combining performances, crowds and the wider site. Length, music, review stages and delivery dates are confirmed before booking.

02

Artist & social edits

Separate short videos for agreed artists, festival areas or future announcements. We plan the subjects, number of edits and formats before filming.

03

Additional coverage

Multi-day filming, extra operators, full-set recordings or same-day edits can be scoped separately around your programme and access arrangements.

PLANNING

Planning your booking

Send the dates, location, programme and the videos you need. We then agree accreditation, stage and backstage access, priority timings and any additional crew. The proposal sets out what can be captured and when each edit will be delivered.

A good fit for

Festival organisers and promoters who need an aftermovie, artist features or short videos for ongoing promotion.

Common questions

Do you work as a full production crew?

The service is led by Mike. Additional crew can be arranged when agreed coverage needs multiple viewpoints or simultaneous locations; there is no assumed permanent team.

Can you cover more than one day?

Multi-day coverage can be discussed alongside the programme, location and deliverables. Send your dates and site details when checking availability.

Do you provide drone or same-day edits?

These are separate requirements to discuss during planning. Feasibility depends on the site, permissions, conditions, staffing and agreed schedule; neither is included by default. Drone work requires a suitable operating plan and never assumes flying over crowds.

What do you need from the organiser?

The programme, site information, access contact, priority moments, intended uses and any existing brand direction are a useful start. We’ll agree the remaining details together.
