PREVIEW DRAFT / OPERATOR REVIEW REQUIRED

WEBSITE TERMS.

These are unapproved draft terms for a design preview of REACTION. The proposed name, legal operator, contact details and final terms require approval before production launch.

About the preview

REACTION is a provisional specialist identity by Substance Digital, led by Mike Coleman. The preview describes proposed nightclub and festival videography and optional monthly video content and publishing services. It does not establish a separate legal entity or imply approval of the name.

Enquiries and bookings

The preview form does not deliver enquiries. On a future live service, an enquiry or guide request would not confirm availability, reserve a date or create a booking. Work would proceed only under a separately agreed proposal and appropriate booking terms.

Service scope

Coverage, operators, creative edits, formats, review stages, turnaround, publishing permissions and any additional services must be agreed for each engagement. A different format of an edit is not automatically a new creative film. Social publishing applies only where it is expressly included in the agreed scope.

Media and permissions

Abstract frames in the design preview are clearly labelled layout placeholders, not client work. Only real, approved media should be used on a live site. Rights to footage, music, people, locations, client materials and publication must be addressed in the project agreement.

Information and outcomes

Content describes the intended offer and remains subject to a specific brief. Views, audience growth, ticket sales, search rankings and availability are not guaranteed. A private package guide is supplied personally when requested; this website does not provide an automatic guide download.

Final terms before launch

The operator must confirm their identity, contact details, applicable law, website-use provisions and an appropriate approach to liability and complaints. Booking terms need a separate review covering payment, cancellation, rescheduling, access, permissions, licensing and delivery. This planning draft is not legal advice or a substitute for those agreements.
